1. AI Secretary
Give your visitors instant answers around the clock, right on your website or name card. No apps to install, no phone calls required.
Smart & Controlled: You provide your working hours, prices, and services just once. The AI sticks strictly to your notes. It will never make up prices or promise a callback unless requested.
Seamless Handover: If a visitor prefers to reach you directly, they can ask for you. The message goes straight to your inbox, allowing you to review the chat and take over at any moment. The AI stops automatically.
Setup: After purchasing the extra, go to Profile & Settings, then Widget, then AI secretary, paste your Gemini API key, and turn it on. Without the key, visitors will simply see the standard message form.
2. Live Translate
Break down language barriers effortlessly. Visitors type in their native tongue, while you read and reply entirely in yours.
How It Works: Choose your primary language. Every incoming message is automatically translated into it, meaning you never have to read the original text. Your replies are instantly translated back into the visitor’s language without them needing to adjust any settings.
Handy Context: The chat remembers the visitor’s original language and displays a small note (for example, “Wrote in Chinese”), helping you know which language to use if you follow up via email or phone.
Scope: This feature only translates the chat. It does not translate the rest of your website, nor does it generate replies. That is the job of the AI secretary.
Setup: After purchasing the extra, go to Profile & Settings, then Widget, then Live translate, select your language, and turn it on. It uses the same Gemini API key saved in your AI secretary settings.
3. Video
People who open your name card can start a video call. The voice call and live chat stay on every card.
Without this extra, the video button stays on the card and is locked. A video request is refused. It is not turned into a voice call.
4. Voice message
People can leave a short voice message when you do not answer. You listen to it in Inbox.
Without this extra, the voice-message button stays on the card and is locked. A recording is refused. After it is added to your account, turn it on under Profile & Settings, then Line.
Your Own Google API Key
The AI secretary and Live translate rely on a Gemini API key from your personal Google account (via Google AI Studio). gre.to does not provide this key.
Setup: Go to Profile & Settings, then Widget, then AI secretary, and paste your key.
Pricing: Google offers a generous free tier for low-volume usage, charging only when you exceed it.
Requirements: Until you save your key, the AI secretary will not answer messages. Live translate also uses this same key and will remain inactive without it.
